Very good staff and food. The room was neat with a fantastic view, I liked it. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

It is equipped with a separate shower, which is a bonus. Modern design, DECENT service in the entire hotel.

It was a really good experience. The breakfast was good hot and staff were happy to help. I loved the staff, mainly due to their courtesy. Prime location, just next door to - the harbour area of Whitby and the centre, though the area was bustling. Simple check-in...

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

I had an outstanding time, great value. Hotel was reasonably clean. There was a very nice restaurant and a smart staff. The building itself was nice old with a beautiful garden. The beach nearby was stunning and the view was special.

Wi-Fi was very spotty, air conditioning was a bit noisy.
